Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and mistreated—leaving clients struggling and clinicians unsure of the best path forward. This interactive and informative 3-hour in-person or live Zoom training is designed to change that.
In this engaging session, participants will gain a solid clinical foundation to confidently diagnose and treat OCD using current DSM-5 criteria, differential diagnosis tools, and evidence-based treatment approaches. The training will explore how to distinguish OCD from similar disorders, identify common comorbidities, and utilize screening tools that improve diagnostic clarity. Participants will also learn how to assess treatment approaches—what works, what doesn’t, and how to determine the best next steps.
Whether you’re a seasoned therapist or newer to OCD treatment, you’ll leave this training feeling more competent, empowered, and ready to support your clients with accurate diagnosis and effective care.
