What's included in the registration fee?

The registration fee is $850 (minus discount if applicable) and your cabin on the cruise for 2 people will be a separate transaction for the $3180 listed above.

Can I attend if I am not EMDR trained?
Absolutely! The training is offered for NBCC CE credit as well. The training is applicable rather you are EMDR trained or not.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Your guests are welcome and do not need to pay the registration fee unless they plan to attend the training. Virgin Voyages is a child free cruise ship so please keep that in mind.
What do I have to pay for myself?
- Airfare to and from Puerto Rico, your cabin on the ship and any excursions or extras you book through the cruise line.
- Travel Insurance
- Any excursions or activities outside the group activities included in the "What's Included" section
What is the cancelation policy?
You are able to cancel and receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500 only if the cancelation is made up to 120 days prior to the start of the retreat.
If you cancel between 90-119 days prior to the start of the retreat, you may receive a 50% refund of retreat costs, excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500.
Any cancelations made within 90 days of the start of the retreat are non-refundable unless special arrangements are made with the retreat host and are at the full discretion of the retreat host.
Passport requirements
Virgin Voyages requires sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date.
Where do I fly into/out of in Puerto Rico?
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (airport code SJU) is the main airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This airport will be the most convenient to fly into and out of for arrival and departure. We recommend flying in the day before the cruise so you are not pressured for time or in the event of a flight delay. We will have a room block at a hotel near the cruise port so you can take advantage of a discounted room rate. You are also welcome to book a hotel or air bnb on your own.
Can I explore before or after the training?
Absolutely! Many people use our trainings as a jumping off point for further adventures.
