I graduated from Avila University with a MS in Counseling Psychology in 2013.  I spent three years working in community mental health treating children in the foster care system.  In 2016 I went into private practice full time with a focus on the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD.  My caseload is currently around 65% OCD sufferers.  

I am committed to providing evidence-based treatment for those suffering from anxiety, OCD and related disorders.

I am certified in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and have trained with some of the field's leading practitioners. 

I completed specialized training for OCD from the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

I have also been trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) through Yale's Child Studies Center.

I am an active member of the IOCDF, OCD Gamechangers - where I serve on the committee for building a resource network, and the ADAA - where I was honored  as an awardee of the Career Development Leadership Program in 2018 and continue to serve on the CDPL committee as a conference co-chair.
